Are all body butter formulas the same?

Absolutely! Every buttery delight follows the same recipe. We're all about quality, which is why each batch is made with TLC and a sprinkle of magic. But remember, no two batches are exactly alike, so expect a touch of uniqueness in color and texture every time.

My body butter came slightly melted, can I still use it?

Warmer months and climates can be a tricky time for butter, causing it to melt in the heat. But don't worry, if it does get too soft, simply put it in the refrigerator or a shaded area and it will quickly return to its solid form. If you're still unsure, don't fret! We're here to provide assistance. Contact us here and we'll help you solve the issue.

I received the wrong product?

Reiki:

How can you put reiki energy into something/someone from a distance?

"We are all energetically connected. To each other, people, places, and things. The mere observation of something can influence the outcome, thanks to what is known as “quantum entanglement.” To put it simply, when two particles become entangled, they remain connected even when separated by vast distances.

I focus my intent on the product I am infusing with reiki by setting specific intentions for that product. Using elevated emotions specific to what our products represent, I can channel that beautiful reiki energy into that product from my home in FL. I am connected to these products and I am passionate about what they can do, so I have created a quantum entanglement, and am connected directly to those products. I am basically sending that reiki energy through an invisible cord between myself and the products."

Does the reiki in these products fade over time?

"While I don’t believe there is any scientific evidence to prove or disprove this, I feel like when the intention is infused, it will stay powerful, potent, and amazing until the product has run out. Now, when you put it on your skin, that’s when the energy starts to do its work and that will fade as you are now actively using that energy on your own body."

Can I change my shipping address?

To switch up where your goodies are headed, pop by our contact page. Don't forget to toss in your order number and the new spot for your treasures. We'll do our magic to get it sorted! If you've got a tracking email, your package is already on the move to the address you gave at checkout. In that case, give USPS a shout to work some delivery magic intercepting your goodie box and updating your delivery address!

I haven't received my tracking email yet?

If your tracking details are playing hide-and-seek, drop us a line through our contact page, and we'll swiftly zip it over to your email inbox!

The status of my order shows as delivered, yet I have not received it. Can I get a refund?

If your package is showing as delivered, but you don't have it (ex.- lost package), we are not able to issue a refund, please contact your local postal carrier/postal office.

What if I want to change my order?

Unfortunately, once your order is on its way, we can't make changes to it. Therefore, before making a purchase, take a moment to review your cart to prevent any mistakes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!

I received my product, but I don't like the scent, can I return it for something else?

No, unfortunately per our health guidelines once your product has been shipped, we cannot accept any returns of products.
